Check the list for Exam form rejection for Winter 2016 Examinations. Normally IEI will not reject your exam forms unless otherwise the form has blunder mistakes which are not in the hands of IEI to rectify and process the Exam Form. Small mistakes will be corrected and IEI processes the exam forms. Common Reasons for Rejection of Exam Form:-
1. Your application for registration of Section B with requisite fee has not been received/received with wrong branch/ optional subject code number(s) (Clause 2.3).
Explanation:- Its Self Explanatory.
2. You are not eligible for Section A Examination as your stipulated period of six years is expired with Winter 2015 Examination or before. Thereafter, your application for Re-registration for Section A Examination with demand
draft of Rs 2500/- has not been received.
Explanation:- This is a major rejection reason, most of the students unable to count the number of attempts or they don't know when the period of 6 Years is completing. Here is the simple trick for this, If You are elected as ST Member on 31 Mar 2016, you will be eligible for Exams from Winter 2016 onwards. So, from Winter 2016, 12 Exam attempts (6 years), i.e. from Winter 2016 to Summer 2021 Exams. After completion of this period you have to apply for re-registration before applying for exams.
3. You are not eligible for Section B Examination as your stipulated period of six years is expired with Winter 2015 Examination or before. Thereafter, your application for Re-registration and registration of Section B [with demand draft of Rs. 2500/- and Rs. 4500/- and (Rs. 3000/- for Corporate Members)] have not been received.

Here is the simple trick for this, If You are elected as ST Member on 31 Mar 2016, you will be eligible for Exams from Winter 2016 onwards. So, from Winter 2016, 12 Exam attempts (6 years), i.e. from Winter 2016 to Summer 2021 Exams. After completion of this period you have to apply for re-registration before applying for exams.
4. You have already secured exemption in all subjects of Section B as per the scheme. Project report and/or laboratory experiments is/are yet to be completed.
Explanation:- Only Project and Lab is left, all other subjects passed.
5. You are not eligible to re-appear in the examination as you have already passed completely in an earlier attempt.
Explanation:- Already passed and you don't know this? It happens due to D grade criteria. So don't worry you have already passed.
6. Since you were elected as T/ST member after 31 Mar 16, you are not eligible to appear in Summer 2016 examination as per rules.

7. For any other silly and simple mistakes, like writing Non Diploma stream in place of Diploma Stream or vice versa, and writing wrong subject names etc will be taken care by IEI.
