I have Completed AMIE in Computer Science & Engineering in 3 Years. When i have registered for Section B in CSE, I have bought one good text book (Recommended by IEI) for each subject of Section B and solved papers book from Jain Brothers.

After having everything set, now i want good study notes and video tutorials for getting good marks. After searching internet for weeks, I found Excellent Free Video Tutorials and Study Notes prepared by IIT Professors are available for free download!

NPTEL (National Programme for Technology Enhanced Learning), a joint venture of the IITs and IISc, funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, is a significant addition to this domain. Phase I of NPTEL was launched in 2003, and the objective was to provide e-learning through free online web and video courses.

In this, you can get video tutorials/web courses for all Engineering branches. Web courses are like study notes containing .PPT and .PDF created/ prepared by various IIT Faculty. Just have a look at this NPTEL site. DVD free course for Engineering Management can be accessed from the following link. Photo of DVDs bought by me is shown below:-

You can browse through the available courses which are 99% matches with the syllabus of AMIE Subjects. So go through the site, select the courses video/web and download. Each video course normally contains 40 Lessons each 1 Hour duration. All videos are available for download free. But you must have free internet for downloading around 12GB data for each video course.

I have Selected following video courses which are exactly matches with AMIE Syllabus. So you can either download (13 GB) or buy at nominal prices.

However if you cant download that much huge data, you can buy these courses for very nominal prices from www.btechguru.com (This is official site authorised by NPTEL for selling DVDs and SD Cards, its MHRD project. These videos can be watched in youtube also.

 


So why to wait, just enjoy these classroom lessons in IITs and make progress in your life.

(1). Can Apply for Section B and Winter 16 Exam Simultaneously? What is Fee and What is last Date?

(2). How Can I apply for Project and Lab in Winter 16 Session, What is last Date? What is Fees?
(A). Yes, You can apply for Project Lab Now for Winter 16 Session. Last Date is 10 Nov 16. Check following link for Forms, fee etc

How to apply for AMIE Project Work and Laboratory Experiments? What is the Procedure, Fees and Last Date?

For all candidates eligible for laboratory experiments and project work after passing minimum of 5 subjects in section B after declaration of summer 2016 results.
 

1. In case you wish to start the project work and/or laboratory experiments in Dec-Jan session, you are directed to return the 

(a) application proforma for project work available below –“Guidelines for Project Work and laboratory experiments - Appendix – I” along with demand draft of Rs 3000/-(US $200 for overseas candidates); 

(b) application proforma for registration of laboratory experiments also available below –“Guidelines for Project Work and laboratory experiments- Appendix – IV” along with demand draft of Rs 7000/-(US $400 for overseas candidates) and (c) choice of engineering college/institute for laboratory experiments amongst the list provided in www.ieindia.org- Academics- Sections A & B examinations- Colleges for Lab Experiments, so as to reach this office latest by
10 Nov 2016.

2. On receipt of the completed proforma(s) and fees, you will be allotted the project guide for guiding your project work and the college/institute for laboratory experiments.

3. Application proforma(s) with fees, if received after the stipulated date, shall not be processed in Dec-Jan session. Interim enquiries in this matter shall not be entertained. No separate hard copy of application forms for laboratory and project work will be sent by
post.
